Appointments may be rescheduled online or by phone.
Rescheduling by phone
Appointments may be rescheduled only in the event of unavoidable circumstances. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact the Appointment Center.
- Please note that we may not be able to accomdate all rescheduling requests

Please fill out the appointment rescheduling online form.
You will receive a conmfirmation call when rescheduling is completed.
- Requests received after hours will be handled the following business day.
- Confirmation calls will be placed between 8:40a.m. and 7:00p.m.

Examination Services
To reschedule a CT, MRI, endoscopy, ultrasound, or ECG appointment, please contact the Clinical Examination Appointment Center.
- Preliminary x-ray and blood and specimen collection times will automatically update when an appointment is rescheduled. There is no need to contact the appointment center.
