Toys (up to 3)			*	–ICU patients are permitted only one plastic toy.
Toothbrush/toothpaste/cup				For children with teeth. In addition to a drinking cup, please prepare a piastic toothbrush cup.

Pajamas/underwear
Change of clothes				Casual clothing is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with treatment.

–For infection prevention, children under the age of 15 (who may be carriers for measles, rubella, chickenpox, or mumps) are prohibitied from entering.
–If you have cold-like symptoms or other ailments such as diarrhea, fever, or eye redness, please consult with a nurse. We may not be able to approve your visit depending on your condition.
–Wash your hands with soap and running water, or use the hand sanitizer located throughout the hospital before and after visiting a patient.
–Always keep valuables on you.
–Depending on the patient's condition, visitations may be temporarily suspended.
–In the event of a regional pandemic, visitations may be cancelled or refused.
–Please refrain from bringing foods to patients, as it may disturb their treatment and be a distraction to other children.

–Meals and ammenities are not provided for overnight visitors. Please make your own arrangements.
–Bedding for overnight visitors is available to rent.
–For shared rooms, overnight visitation is limited to females only.

–Please write the patient's name on all personal items. Also, please refrain from bringing valuables.
–The hospital takes no responsibility for any handheld gaming devices (such as the Nintendo DS) brought to the hospital.
–The hospital takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen valuables.
