Social workers and full-time consultation nurses are available to discuss and help resolve any of the following concerns regarding treatment and care, in coordination with your primary physician and nurse.

Consultation Overview

• Financial concerns over the cost of treatment

  We offer consultations for those concerned with paying medical bills, as well as provide information on financial support provided by social security systems.

• Support systems for persons with intractable diseases or disabilities

  We provide information on which kinds of support systems are available to you, including physical disability certification and pension information.

• House call and home care services

  We offer consultations on all types of house call services, as well as in-home nursing and other care services.

• Finding a nursing home

  We offer consultations on the admissions process of various nursing homes, care centers, and rehabilitation hospitals.

Process

If you desire a consultation regarding any of the above, please talk to your physician or nurse. Information discussed during the consultation will be kept in the strictest confidence.
